Health Insurance
- UnitedHealthcare administers Paragon Systems Health Insurance Plan
- Employee participation is based upon the coverage selected and consists of 100% premium paid by Paragon Systems.
- Coverage begins the 1st day of employment.
- Vision Care plan is administered by VSP.
Dental Insurance
- UnitedHealthcare administers Paragon Systems Dental Insurance Plan.
- Employee participation is based upon the coverage selected and consists of 100% premium paid by Paragon Systems.

Life Insurance
- Paragon Systems provides one times your annual salary of Life Insurance to its employees free of charge. Additional coverage can be purchased at discounted rates.
- All full time employees are eligible.
Disability Insurance
- Disability coverage begins with the first day of employment at no cost to the employee for both short & long term disabilities.
- All full time employees are eligible.
Holiday & Sick Time
- 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
- Employees are also eligible for 5 paid sick days during any anniversary year.
Vacation Time
Paragon Systems understands the need for time away from the office to refresh one's mind, body and Soul.
Vacation time begins accumulating from the date of hire with a maximum of 10 days in the first through 3rd years. Starting with the 4th anniversary year, 15 days are earned on a yearly basis. 20 days are earned after the completion of 5 years.
401K
After the completion of 1000 hours of service, Paragon Systems offers its full-time employees the opportunity to participate in their 401K program. This program matches dollar for dollar of your contribution of up to the first 3% of your salary and 50% match of your contribution up to the next 2%.
