Asset Disposition
  • We provide equipment packaging and removal, schedule pick of equipment, track shipments, receive shipments, perform a TAP (Test & Audit) and provide a Certificate of Indemnification. Optional services for a fee include forensic scrubbing and auditing.  
Forensic Scrubbing of Hard Drives
  • We provide data scrubbing of Hard Drives using the Department of Defense 5222.22M compliant patented data overwrite technology to eliminate all data from hard drives.
Depot Services
  • Annual depot maintenance covers all contracted equipment per the term and conditions of the contract.
  • Per-incident depot maintenance is on a per-incident basis with the actual labor, parts and materials billed to the customer.
  • Advance exchange depot services provide equipment exchange and repair of for all contracted equipment per the term and conditions of the contract.
  • Services consisting of receiving, testing, auditing, rebuilding, reconfiguring, warehousing, inventory tracking, reporting, shipping and/or disposing of IT equipment.
Custom Warranty and Maintenance Services
  • We provide customers with on-site maintenance for a variety of non-computer products. Our team can work directly with you on finding a suitable custom warranty sevice program that can help your organization.
